V1 Technical Setup

System Requirements prior to install

  1. Available Windows PC/Server that is online 24 hours, 7 days a week. This system must have Progress and Springbrook Client installed.
  2. Provide an external IP address that will pass packets to and from the following IP addresses and forward to port 1081 on previously mentioned PC/Server.:
    • 104.43.208.217
    • 104.43.221.23
  3. Message Queuing will need to be installed on the PCs/Servers that are running Web Payments.
    • Windows Install Disc may be required
    • Add or Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components (Application Server or MSMQ, varies between MS Products)
  4. .Net Framework 3.5 will need to be setup on the Machine that the web service will be setup on. This can be done ahead of time or will be done as part of the Web Payments Software install.

 

Setup and Installation (Provided by Springbrook Technical Staff)

  1. Install and Configure Web Payments Software.
    1. Install Web Payments Software
    2. Modify configuration file for current location
    3. Start service
  2. Configure New Website (done with support personnel)
    1. Select Color scheme
    2. Add Message to welcome screen
    3. Set-up an email account
    4. Turn on API
    5. Select Payment Batch Prefix, Normally 8 for 800 batch range.
