Password Reset

  1. Ask the user to make sure that they are not logged into the system.
  2. Once verified go to: System Wide Access > Security > User
  3. Find the user who is locked out in the list of users
  4. Click the Reset Password icon

A message will pop up asking if changing the password is what you would like to do.

  1. Click the Accept button to confirm

An email will be sent to the user.

  1. The user should copy and paste the new password to log in
  2. The user can use Personal Preferences to change the password to something they can remember
